I've had this review
sitting around for a while as I tried the beer once but wasn't sure. I mentioned this to a couple of people and they told me to
try it again. Well, I did, as I will give anything a
go for a second time (third, fourth, fifth....) and then came to the conclusion I rather like this
beer. No, I bloody love this beer! It's full of character casting the impression of a beer enjoyed
in an old rickety pub served up by buxton wench during the time when
Robin Hood and his merry men were having their way. Old Bob will be
better enjoyed on its own rather than with food, savoured and enjoyed
as this is a real beer enthusiasts tipple with a full bodied flavour.
Tickling your fancy at 5.1% its brewed by Ridleys (Established 1842)
in Bury St.Edmunds, Suffolk. Definitely worth checking out if you
enjoy your beer. |
